Our Five Year Plan

1. ATTRIBUTES :
A cross section of community and business leaders who are active and involved in looking towards good fellowship within the club.

2. VISION :
Sunrise Rotary has a vision of making our community aware of the many programs, which Rotary stands for locally and internationally, such as supporting the homeless, veterans, single mothers and needy children.

3. CLUB SIZE :
The goal of Sunrise Rotary is to increase our club size up to 45 members.

4. CLUB SERVICE :
Sunrise Rotary will achieve their goals through, good informative programs, which will provide motivation of its members in the community projects, this is accomplished through advanced program calendaring, to make members aware of upcoming projects. This will also be achieved through web site improvement and local publicity on community projects.

5. INTERNATIONAL SERVICE :
Sunrise Rotary to sponsor a 3rd world village by sending used medical equipment for children’s care. In addition our goal is to educate our local junior high school in the international exchange program.

6. VOCATIONAL SERVICES :
To establish an active Rotary Act club within the community, which will involve business and service mentoring programs in our high school and increase knowledge through expanding the dictionary program to the 7th grade level.

7. COMMUNITY SERVICE:
Sunrise Rotary locally looks towards beautifying our community through many different programs and supporting of our local scholarship programs within the school district.

8. COMMUNITY FUND RAISING:
Our goal is to increase club fund-raising by expanding club membership participation in community functions, such as Taste of the Holiday’s and garage sales. We would also like to add new fund-raising projects such as a district golf tournament.

9. ROTARY FOUNDATION:

Increase our involvement in the polio eradication and a Paul Harris Foundation increase by 50%, along with hosting the foundation dinner.

10. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT:
The club needs more and consistent board meetings, along with participation in District and International conferences.
